Quickes Mature Cheddar
Handcrafted using milk from their own grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 12-15 months. A rich and buttery Cheddar with delightfully intense flavours and caramel notes.
Cornish Blue
Its flavour is mild and creamy, with a dense texture and buttery richness, instead of the ‘salty tang’ common of other traditional blue cheeses it has a gentle sweetness.
Sharpham BrieIt is a mould-ripened cheese, firm, rich, and creamy when young, softening with mushroomy notes and a chicory finish.
Cornish Yarg
Multi-award winning cow’s milk cheese, it is creamy under its natural rind and slightly crumbly in the core. It has a fresh, lemony flavour and a distinctive look due to the covering of wild nettles in which the cheese is matured.
