This luscious mature Cheddar is infused with Graham’s Late Bottled Vintage Port, made from grapes harvested in the heart of the Douro Valley and aged for five years in seasoned wooden casks at Graham’s 1890 Lodge in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. It’s then finished with a dash of French brandy. 
 
Unfolding slowly, the rich fruitiness of the Graham’s LBV enhances Snowdonia’s savoury Cheddar with subtle demerara back notes, while the brandy lends a gentle, lingering warmth. Creamy and indulgent, Ruby Mist is best served after sunset with a Fig & Cranberry Cracker and some Pear, Date & Cognac Chutney – or savoured alongside a square of dark chocolate and a glass of your favourite port.
